Five years ago, I started long distance running "to prove a point", I began doing yoga to complement this... It was purely a tool to stretch and recover after working out. However, yoga is sneaky. It creeps up on you and starts to become something so much more. What a joy it was to move my body, fully switch off... Feel.
Fast forward to 2017, I found myself stuck in a rut. Consumed by London and exhausted. I'd completed my teacher training, and quickly realised that teaching yoga is my happy place. After some life coaching, I made the brave decision to book a one way ticket to Thailand with no plan other to stay away "for as long as it takes" - I'm still trying to figure out what "it" is.
So here is my yoga and travel journey. Honest and from the heart.
